Hello Brent – I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  As you may remember, I had eye surgery earlier this month and have been operating with a certain degree of blurriness since then.  The surgery went fine and everything was covered due to no small part to your efforts. I really appreciate your service and your willingness to drop everything to answer my questions (some of them were pretty silly), but you have always remained patient and extremely helpful. I would also like to thank you on behalf of my friend, Joyce Boyd, who is also your client.  You have helped her immensely as well.  Joyce has many health issues and you have made it possible for her to get the best possible care available, and I thank you for that. I was reminded today that I had not answered your email when I was reading about the new healthcare plan.  I am sure this is going to create a lot of work for you, maybe some of it unwanted and unnecessary, but I am sure you will come through for your clients with a smile. I’d like to thank you again for all that you do.  Hopefully, I will not need your services in the near future, but who knows what this new Trumpcare will bring.  I hope it’s not as bad as some think it will be.
