You’ve been a professional advisor and a trusted friend who one day came to see me as a complete stranger trying to sell me what every insurance agent tries to sell.  HEALTH insurance.  I think what amazed me was the way you presented yourself at that time you came.  Kinda easy and very pleasant personality, your honest gestures, excellent knowledge of the insurance plan and how it was presented to me in layman’s language and lastly your tenacious attitude from day one I had that conference with you until now.  There may be instances that I have to bother you for something that need further clarification, but Brent, you’re there with me, no matter how my stupidity commands me.  This is what builds my confidence and trust.  Your assistant, Tannon, is very commendable.  It all adds up to the total receptivity of your clients.  I always keep you in mind every time there is a need and there is an opportunity to recommend an insurance agency.
