Wow, does this company ever understand the meaning of customer service.

Wow, does this company ever understand the meaning of customer service.  Having sold us a health insurance policy, Brent and his employees have regularly checked that we were satisfied and offered to answer any questions at any time.  Recently we had an issue with a charge the insurance company did not want to pay.  Brent got us all on the phone in a 3-way conversation and the refund check is on its way.  i would add that this took place out of normal office hours but Brent was still willing to give of his time.  I would recommend Brent’s insurance company to anyone.
