Jim and I have such confidence in your guidance.  When you called Jim after year one to tell him he could change to a more affordable plan, you won my confidence. You have been ever so helpful and informative as we have had to slug through the matrix of Medicare.  Yikes!  So much to understand before making decisions.  I really appreciate your patience as you explained things numerous times.  I’m so glad you are there as things change year to year.
