You were recommended to me by the step-daughter of a friend that I was helping as she is elderly.  It was after that when I found myself unable to work that I contacted you because I had to do on disability.  You assisted me in getting a good supplemental plan.  It was again a year or so later that I found myself contacting you to help my friends’ son get his supplemental plan.  It has been a pleasure to work with you the past few years.  I never had a question that was left unanswered. You were always there to help at the time or returning my call shortly after I contacted you. I want to say thank you for all your help!
