I have counted on you each year

Hello Brent.  It is always great to hear from you, whether it be by email or telephone.  One of the reasons is because you have such an enthusiastic attitude and energized voice. The day I met you (over the phone, we have never actually met face to face), was one of my lucky days.  I have counted on you each year in about October, as I look again at what is happening in the world of health insurance for us older folks.  Every year the parameters change as to what will, or will not be provided under Medicare coverage.  My needs are the same, but the policies keep changing and in order for me to be able to afford to get the eyedrops for my glaucoma and have my exercise needs covered I have some homework to do.  Because of the increased use of the internet in todays society and the decreased use of the written page, I find it very difficult to find the information I need. At this point in my search I always phone you and I know you will set me up with the best possible policy for my needs.  Not only do you find the best coverage for me, but you or your staff, always follow up to see if everything is okay.  You will never be ride of me Brent!
