So sorry that it took this long to respond.  It’s been kinda hectic around here for the last 7 weeks.  As you know, I had my knee replacement and it has been a rough ride.  Anyway, just wanted to let you know after all the conversations we had about my coverage and what to expect, you and your awesome team were spot on.  It seemed that I called hundreds of times and as expected the professionals that you are, answered all my questions.  But that is just the beginning.  All the countless calls that you made on behalf of my mother in-law and father in-law to resolve billing questions.  You my friend went above and beyond  the call of duty.  I have to say Brent that your dedication and professionalism is the reason your company Howard & Howard is and will always be successful.  The care and attention that I have received over the years has been exemplary.  God bless you Brent, your lovely wife, and Tannon who is an awesome asset.  Thanks Brent for being there.
