I would like  to take some time to express my true gratefulness and relief to have been able to have my insurance.  Our relationship started with me meeting Helen Howard at a desk in the middle of my local Fred Meyer store providing Medicare solutions that was 6 years ago and she was very professional.  Helen also came by the house and helped my mother with her Medicare insurance needs.  Since then, I have been battling some major health problems that made my condition unable to return to work at that time.  So I was put on disability and was provided Medicare.  I contacted Brent with all those unknown questions and he made the entire process very simple on my end.  With the life threatening illness, two life-saving surgeries, Brent and his friendship and business professionalism is a 5-Star service in my book.  I personally have sent many friends and family Brent’s way and they all have expressed total satisfaction.  I wish that everyone that I have had to deal with in the past with my insurance needs was as knowledgeable and professional as Brent Howard and his team.  Life would have been so much less stressful.  Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.
