You are actually my first person that has handled my insurance and somehow I don’t miss it at all.  Now, with a quick dial on my phone, all my questions are answered...and I didn’t have to go “searching” at all.  You are quick to answer the correct things (which I fail to remember) and it makes my stress level go way down.  (I used to work for about 15 insurance agents so I know what stress is!!!) and with you, Brent, you don’t get flustered when someone needs your help and I feel very lucky to have such a nice, supportive and knowledgeable  person at the “help site”.   Thanks and keep trucking along,
