I found Brent when I was doing an online Medicare insurance comparison.  I am not one to put my phone # into these online forms, but it would not go the next step without the phone #.  I no sooner hit the send button when about 15 seconds later Brent called me.  This is usually a total turn off for me, but I listened to him for a very short time and I immediately knew that this agent knew his stuff.  He has multiple plans and companies available to him allowing him to make the best choice for your needs.  I was buying an HMO at the time.  The next year at Medicare time I continued with the HMO for both myself and my husband.  In November it became apparent that the HMO was not working well for my husband, but I had committed to another year with it.  Brent was able to override that effective February 1.  He fills out all the paperwork and sends it to you for signature.  He also sends pre paid mailer to return the application to him.  You need to listen to him when he says do not change anything on the application.  I would not have been successful in this change over from HMO to MC with a supplement + part D without his assistance. I am always telling my friends about his agency and the great service they provide.  I just passed his information onto a stranger at the Dr. office when she was telling me that she needed to figure out what to do about Medicare coverage.  She had no idea where to start.  Another friend who is now using Brent because of my referral is thrilled with the service she has received from him in the 2 years since she started with his agency.
