Brent was always patient with me and never tried to push me into a decision!!!

Brent Howard was referred/recommended to me, enthusiastically, by my neighbor who’d consulted with him several years before to evaluate and determine the best health insurance for her based on her needs and income.  She is very happy with Brent’s assistance and her subsequent health insurance selection. I was very skittish about changing health insurance providers since I had only used my excellent employer-provided insurance for 35+ years.  I continued my employer-provided insurance following my retirement even though it was very expensive!  As is common in retirement, I started analyzing our expenses to see where we might be able to reduce some of these expenses.  What popped up as our largest expense item was HEALTH INSURANCE.  Based on my neighbor’s recommendation, I contacted Brent’s company.  Brent spent many minutes/hours with me, on the phone over several weeks, explaining, comparing (what I had vs what the differences were with new insurance).  Brent was always patient with me and never tried to push me into a decision!!!  He answered a million questions, always returned my calls within a reasonable time frame. Thanks to Brent, my husband and I have excellent health insurance coverage and we’re paying much less than previously.  The savings are in an account that we will use to travel to Europe next year.  Thank you, Brent.
