As usual, I procrastinated and was scrambling to find a supplemental insurance

As usual, I procrastinated and was scrambling to find a supplemental insurance when I was due to receive Medicare several years ago.  Reading all the sites online left me bleary-eyed.  Then a friend suggested I call you, Brent.  You not only helped me find the right insurance for my needs (believe I asked you what you would want your grandmother to have, given similar health issues), but you sent the information FedEx, with an enclosed FedEx envelope to return to you, so I would no days without insurance.   I’ll be speaking with you before December to see if I should change prescription plans, and I know I’ll be given the best advice - sort of what you’d give your grandmother!   Thank you so much,
