If you would like to schedule a live screen sharing session, please call us and we will get it on our calendars.  We can also do same day screen sharing meetings.  The goal with this method of communication is to connect online, share screens and go over your plan benefit information and answer all of your questions in a highly interactive way.  It feels like we're sitting side by side and it's pretty fun.  We use "GoToMeeting" to facilitate these live interactive online screen sharing sessions.
